This is a miso-based nabe soup with the flavor of two kinds of local chicken (Awaodori chicken and Nagoya chicken) broth, Hidaka kelp broth, and Yaizu dried bonito flakes. Just add meat, vegetables, and other ingredients of your choice and simmer to enjoy a real hot pot.
