Ingredients: water, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, vinegar (from alcohol), tomato paste, salt, rice starch, applesauce, yeast, celery, plum pasta, carrot, onion and lemon juice. It is also known as Japanese worcestershire style sauce, but Tonkatsu sauce is thicker, sweeter and browner.
