A Japanese-style dashi stock with a strong flavor, using deeply smoked bonito flakes. Calcium made from bones of bonito is contained in the soup stock, so you can easily take about 50mg of calcium in one cup of miso soup (1g). We do not use raw materials containing 25 allergens.

We use high quality canola, soybean and corn oils.
