Boiled azuki beans made with azuki beans grown in Tokachi, Hokkaido, with a mild sweetness. By boiling the azuki beans and the syrup part separately, we can create beautiful boiled azuki beans with less crumbling. It is useful not only for zenzai, but also for small toppings such as shaved ice and pancakes. This is not anko, so if you are using it to make Ohagi or Dorayaki, please use anko products (tsubuan, koshian, etc.).
